Work out your new pay after a raise, or the percentage raise you received. Nothing leaves your browser.
New pay = current pay x (1 + raise/100). Raise % = (new pay - current pay) / current pay x 100. Results are rounded to two decimals.
Multiply your current pay by 1 plus the raise percentage divided by 100. A 5% raise on 50,000 gives 52,500.
Subtract old pay from new pay, divide by old pay and multiply by 100. Going from 50,000 to 52,500 is a 5% raise.
