Paste numbers for the average, or value,weight pairs for a weighted average. Nothing leaves your browser.
Average = sum ÷ count. Weighted average = Σ(value × weight) ÷ Σ(weights), with one value,weight pair per line.
Add all the numbers and divide by how many there are. The average of 2, 4 and 9 is 15 ÷ 3 = 5.
An average where some values count more. Multiply each value by its weight, add them up, then divide by the total weight.
Put each score and its weight on its own line, such as 90,40 and 80,60. That gives (90×40 + 80×60) ÷ 100 = 84.
